I had a great time at this hotel. The staff was amazing - always ready to help and very friendly. The hotel facilities were top-notch - I particularly loved the big pool where I spent most of my days. The location was perfect - close to all the attractions and easy to get around. Cleanliness was also impressive - everything was spotless.
Nothing, all great.

The apartments have a nice big pool and are beautifully finished, but that's where the positives end. the location is very remote, with no restaurants or shops nearby. the bathroom was a problem with the shower flooding the room. there was a lack of basic facilities such as a microwave in the kitchen.
The service was not up to par. the air conditioning was faulty, and there were no efforts made to fix it.

We had a few issues during our stay. The air con in our apartment wasn't working correctly, and the shower flooded the bathroom.

We had a bad experience with some of the facilities. We had issues with the air conditioning units that didn't work and the shower caused significant flooding.
